A. No, viewers do not have to download any additional software to view 360 Spin virtual tours. All you need is a basic PC or Mac running an industry standard Java enabled web browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator. 

Q. How long does it take to photograph the scene?
A. It usually takes just 1 hour for a photographer to shoot a full virtual tour of 4 scenes. After that the finishing touches are adjusted in-house. We will send you a proof before the tour is added to your website. We ask that you have the area ready for the photography at the time of the appointment.
